It has three balconies with original woodwork and shutters, that offers spectacular views on the National Library.

Its large independent kitchen, which is accessed through two sliding doors has a large island with stools and three windows of classic design to the inner courtyard that make it a unique space for cooking or having breakfast. It’s fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware and has access to a separate laundry room.

The master bedroom has two balconies with a view to the street of Gil de Santivañes. It has a double 180cm bed and large fitted closets. The second bedroom, also with a balcony with views on the street of Gil de Santivañes, has a fitted closet and two single canapé beds of 90cm that can be joined by a zipper system to convert them into a double 180cm bed.
