Upon entering the apartment, we find a large dining room, from which we can access one big open living room split in two parts: one with a large sofa in “L” and day bed, and another with a 3-seater sofa and two designer armchairs. It has three balconies with original woodwork and shutters, that offers spectacular views on the National Library.
Its large independent kitchen, which is accessed through two sliding doors has a large island with stools and three windows of classic design to the inner courtyard that make it a unique space for cooking or having breakfast. It’s fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware and has access to a separate laundry room.
The master bedroom has two balconies with a view to the street of Gil de Santivañes. It has a double 180cm bed and large fitted closets. The second bedroom, also with a balcony with views on the street of Gil de Santivañes, has a fitted closet and two single canapé beds of 90cm that can be joined by a zipper system to convert them into a double 180cm bed. The third bedroom, with window to the patio, has a 90cm single bed and closets. The apartment has three complete bathrooms with shower, each of them ‘en suite’.
Oak wood flooring throughout the whole apartment, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have hydraulic, geometric and/or organic motifs. Windows and balconies have hermetic and soundproofed double glazing closing, in gray color. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, and gas heating, by boiler and radiators with central thermostat. The apartment is connected to wifi through the building connection. On the guest arrival, there’s a double set of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as a welcome basket and kit of hygiene products.
