Luxury apartments for rent in Madrid

Most Prime Residence apartments include electricity, water and gas in the price (up to a monthly limit: ask us about each apartment) and internet access via WiFi or their own router. Yes. Most of our apartments are fully furnished and equipped, ready to move into: the comfort of a hotel with the privacy and space of your own apartment.

The published price of each apartment applies to stays of 11 months or more; if you need a shorter stay, ask us for rates. Our rentals are flexible: you can start on any day of the month, extend your stay by days, weeks or months and tailor the contract to your needs.

Each apartment shows its monthly price on its page (“From … €/month”). That price applies to stays of 11 months or more and, for most apartments, 10% VAT is added. See the apartments.

Prime Residence’s luxury apartments are in the Chamberí and Salamanca neighbourhoods of Madrid. In Chamberí: Sagasta 14, García de Paredes 92 and General Martínez Campos 17. In the Salamanca neighbourhood: Villanueva 8 (Recoletos), Castelló 115-117 and General Díaz Porlier 109.

As a general rule, it depends on the length of the stay: up to 3 months, 1 month’s deposit; 3 to 6 months, 1 month’s deposit plus 1 month’s guarantee; 6 months to 1 year, 2 months’ deposit plus 1 month’s guarantee; 1 year or more, 2 months’ deposit plus 2 months’ guarantee. The contract is governed by the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU) as a seasonal lease and includes the floor plan and a full inventory of the home. More legal information.

If you cancel at least one month before arrival, 100% of the booking amount is refunded; between one month and 15 days before, 50%; less than 15 days before, it is not refunded. Date changes must be requested in writing to info@primeresidence.es and are subject to availability.

Yes. We have parking spaces a few minutes from our apartments, at Paseo del General Martínez Campos, 17 and Calle de García de Paredes, 92, for tenants who want one. Ask us about availability and conditions.

Extra cleaning, change of sheets and towels, dry cleaning, weekly supermarket shopping, pay TV, a storage room (subject to availability) and a personal trainer, among others; Sagasta 14 also has a residents’ gym. Ask us for rates with no obligation.
