At Prime Residence we believe in flexible rentals, which allows you to organize your stay with maximum peace of mind. You can start your rental at any day of the month, extend your stay for days, weeks or months and configure the contract to your needs. Contact us when you make your reservation and we will inform you of all the options.
Apartments ready to move in
All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. With the comfort of a hotel and the privacy of an apartment, our team works on every detail to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
Electricity, water and gas included in the price
Most of our apartments have electricity, water and gas included in the price up to 200,00€/month. If in any apartment these expenses are not included, we can make a package to include them in the price gaining in comfort and avoiding surprises during your stay.
Internet connection
Our apartments already have internet, by WIFI or own router. If in any apartment this service is not included, do not hesitate to request it and we will take care of the installation.
Pay Per View TV
Would you like to have access to all foreign TV channels, hire a movie or sports package? Do not hesitate to ask us for information about the available options and rates, as well as ordering the installation of it before your arrival.
Concierge service
All our buildings have a concierge service where you will be attended for any request.
Weekly purchase service
Ask us if you want us to take care of your weekly shopping.
Fitness Center
At Sagasta 14, we have an exclusive fitness center only for residents, with a personal training service at your disposal.
Parking
We have parking spaces a few minutes away from our ‘17th Paseo del General Martínez Campos Street’ apartments and in 92th García de Paredes street, for the tenants who wish to use them.

Weekly cleaning service
Many of our apartments have a weekly cleaning service by our trustworthy and highly qualified cleaning staff, included in the rental price. If the apartment you are interested in does not have this service, or you simply want to hire more hours, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.
Maintenance service
We have a maintenance team that will check any damage or problem you have in the apartment. In case our maintenance service cannot solve the problem, our technical service will contact you within 24 hours.
Dry cleaning service
Want to forget about doing the laundry and prefer to hire a door-to-door dry cleaning service? Do you want us to take care of changing the sheets and towels weekly or every few days? Of course, we can take care of that and much more. Ask for our rates with no compromise.
Storage room
We have storage rooms for our tenants in Paseo del General Martínez Campos, 17 and García Paredes 92 that can be requested depending on availability.
