The living room, with open access from the dining room and entrance, has two rooms: one with a large "L" sofa and day bed, and the other with a 3-seater sofa and two sculptural designer armchairs. Three balconies with original woodwork and shutters, offer spectacular views of the National Library. Large independent kitchen with office, fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. The master bedroom has two balconies also the exterior to the street Gil de Santivañes, has a double bed of 160cm and large closets empotadros. The second bedroom with two windows to the inner courtyard, has two single sofa beds of 90cm that can be joined by a zipper system to convert them into a double bed of 180cm, also has a built-in closet with three doors. The apartment has two large en-suite bathrooms with shower for each of the bedrooms, and a guest toilet.
Solid wood flooring throughout the house, except bathrooms with large format porcelain tile in rust tones. Windows and balconies have the original carpentry with double glazing soundproof windows. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, and gas heating, by boiler and radiators with central thermostat. The apartment is connected to wifi through the building connection.
On the guest arrival, there’s a double set of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as a welcome basket and kit of hygiene products.
