The kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with appliances and kitchenware, has an extra bench with a central island. The bedroom, with three large double-glazed windows overlooking the inner courtyard, has a double bed of 180cm and a large dressing area. The apartment has an ‘en-suite’ bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet.

Oak wood flooring throughout the apartment, except bathrooms with large format porcelain tile in dark gray. Windows and balconies have the original carpentry with double glazing soundproof windows. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, and gas heating, by boiler and radiators with central thermostat. The apartment is connected to wifi through the building connection.
