It’s fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware and has access to a separate laundry room.
The master bedroom has two balconies with a view to the street of Gil de Santivañes. It has a double 180cm bed and large fitted closets. The second bedroom, also with a balcony with views on the street of Gil de Santivañes, has a fitted closet and two single canapé beds of 90cm that can be joined by a zipper system to convert them into a double 180cm bed. Windows and balconies have hermetic and soundproofed double glazing closing, in gray color. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, and gas heating, by boiler and radiators with central thermostat. The apartment is connected to wifi through the building connection. On the guest arrival, there’s a double set of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as a welcome basket and kit of hygiene products.
