Large exterior 4 bedroom apartment located on the 6^th floor of 17^th Paseo del General Martínez Campos, in the central neighborhood of Chamberí, a family area within walking distance of the Paseo de la Castellana.

Surface area: 320m². Upon entering the apartment, we find an access hall that opens to the living room, with two large sofas and armchairs. The living room has two balconies to the Paseo del General Martinez Campos with spectacular views of a 1904 Neo-Mudejar building made of dark bricks and stone finials, designed by architect Rafael Martinez Zapatero. The lounge has another space with two day-beds, perfect for resting while reclining. The dining room counts with two tables for eight people, and a large glass window facing the kitchen.

The kitchen, independent but visually open through the glass window, has all the necessary appliances and utensils, with a large central island with stools. Crossing the dining area, we find a second living / TV area, separated by wooden slats, with large sofa, armchairs and a puff to enjoy as a relaxing space. Behind there is an office area with a large window to the inner courtyard.

The master bedroom, with a large window to the inner courtyard, has a double 180cm bed and large closet area. The second bedroom, also has a 180cm bed, as well as two windows to the inner courtyard and a large closet. The third bedroom, has a window to the inner courtyard, two single 90cm beds with a canapé that can be joined by a zipper system to convert them into a double 180cm bed and large closets. The fourth bedroom, with window to the inner courtyard, has a 90cm single bed and closet. The apartment has four complete bathrooms, two with bathtub and two with shower. The master bedroom and the single bedroom have ‘en-suite’ bathrooms.

The apartment has two entrances, the main one, with spectacular classic marquetry door, and a secondary one.

Oak wood flooring throughout the apartment, except bathrooms with large format porcelain tile in dark gray. Windows and balconies have the original carpentry with double glazing soundproof windows. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, and gas heating, by boiler and radiators with central thermostat. The apartment is connected to wifi through the building connection. On the guest arrival, there’s a double set of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as a welcome basket and kit of hygiene products.
