Industrial style loft apartment, with one or two bedrooms, located on the 6^th floor of 109^th General Diaz Porlier, in the north of Salamanca neighborhood, five minutes away from Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School).

Area: 65 m² The apartment, with a rectangular floor plan, has an entire side window glazed from floor to ceiling, with metal carpentry and high exterior insulation. Upon entering the apartment, we find an open living room with sofa, an equipped kitchen with dining room suited with high table and stools for up to 8 people.

From floor to ceiling, we can find independent mobile walls made by pressed wood panels, which allow us to split the apartment into two different spaces, very much like a New York loft style.
